Spotted today while I was walking, a very nice one driving into Hanley, Stoke On Trent. at 12.15 pm. Only remember the first part of the reg - YL53 ???. not seen this one around here before but if he a Member on here, that was me who put my thumb up to you, as he saw me do it.
